General Policies

Age Requirements

  • Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in group classes independently.

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the liability waiver prior to participation.

Class Attendance & Reservations

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to set yourself up for success.

  • Late admission is not permitted; doors will be locked once class starts.

Instructor Schedule Changes

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

  • Please visit our class schedule for updates.​

Waitlist

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.

  • Our system will automatically add you to the class once a spot opens up.

  • If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself as soon as possible.

  • If added from the waitlist and do not attend, you will be considered a “no show,” and standard cancellation policies will apply.

Cancellation & Membership Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • A strict 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

  • Cancellations can be made through the MindBody app or our website.

  • Canceling before the 24 hour window incurs no penalty, and any eligible credits will return to your account.

  • Canceling within the 24 hour window or failing to show up results in forfeiting the credit.

Prenatal & Postnatal Policies

Prenatal Policy

  • New prenatal clients are encouraged to schedule a private session before joining group classes.

  • Clients under 20 weeks pregnant may attend all class formats.

  • Clients over 20 weeks pregnant should consider a private session.

  • Consult with your doctor before attending.​

Postnatal Policy

  • Clients must have clearance from their doctor before returning after pregnancy.

  • A few private sessions are recommended to assess goals and set up for success.

Health & Safety

Injuries

  • Clients must notify the instructor of any injuries or ailments.

  • Instructors may restrict participation if safety is a concern.

Return Policy

  • All service sales are final.

  • Retail purchases can be returned to the original payment method within 14 days if the item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and has original hang tags.​

Lost Property

  • Page Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If you believe you left something behind, please contact us promptly to attempt to locate the item.

Studio Etiquette

Phone Policy

  • Phone use is prohibited during the 50-minute session.

  • You are welcome to take photos before and after class.

  • If you need to check your phone in case of an emergency, please inform the instructor before class starts.

Attire 

  • Grip socks must be worn during reformer Pilates classes. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Discrimination Policy

  • Page Pilates has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment.

  • Any allegations will be investigated and addressed immediately by our management team.​
