FAQs
-
Absolutely! We love welcoming beginners. Our signature class, The Reformer Class, is designed for all levels—whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice.
This 50-minute class offers a full-body workout on the reformer, blending strength, mobility, and control through purposeful movement. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and progressions throughout class, so everyone gets the challenge, or support, they need.
If you're just starting out, please arrive ten minutes early, and we’ll guide you through the equipment.
If you're more experienced, you'll be encouraged to deepen your practice and push yourself with more advanced variations. Either way, The Reformer Class meets you where you are and grows with you.

You can sign up directly through our website or by downloading the MindBody app. All group classes require a reservation. We do not accept walk-ins so we can ensure each session runs smoothly and safely.
