  • The Reformer Class

    This is the class to experience to benefits of reformer Pilates (whether you are brand new or continuing your practice). Designed for all levels, this 50-minute full-body workout focuses on strength, stability and stretch using the STOTT V2 Max Pilates Reformer. Your instructor will guide you through mindful, low-impact movements with modifications and challenges to meet you right where you are. No matter your experience level, you'll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

  • The Yoga Class

    This is the class to move, breathe, and reset—perfect for all levels, whether you're brand new to yoga or deep in your practice. In this 50-minute class, you'll flow through mindful movements designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. With options and modifications offered throughout, our instructor will meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. You'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.

  • The Mat Pilates Class

    This is the class to build strength from the inside out—no equipment needed. Designed for all levels, this 50-minute class focuses on core stability, alignment, and controlled movement using just your body and the mat. You'll move with intention through a series of exercises that enhance posture, flexibility, and total-body strength. With clear guidance and thoughtful modifications, you’ll leave feeling centered, strong, and supported.
